City Walk is a Dubai cleaning and technical services company. Women work throughout it — on crews, as supervisors, in scheduling and in management — and that is worth saying plainly rather than turning into a slogan.
What follows is a description of how the company is staffed and how people are treated. We think it explains the standard of the work better than any list of promises would.
Who does the work
A workforce, not a talking point
Supervisors who came up through the work
Our supervisors have generally done the job they are supervising. That matters more to the standard of a finish than any organisational chart does.
Female-led crews on request
Some households prefer a female crew and a female supervisor — for cultural reasons, for privacy, or because a family member is more comfortable. Ask when you book and it is arranged without discussion or a surcharge.
Directly employed
Everyone attending your property is employed and sponsored by City Walk. Nobody is a subcontractor and nobody is day labour. That is what makes the standard consistent and it is what makes accountability possible.
How people are treated
The part that decides the result
Proper employment
Visa sponsorship, contracted hours, accommodation and transport. In an industry where those things are not universal, they are worth stating plainly.
Training that continues
New crew members work alongside experienced ones before they work alone. Product knowledge, surface identification and access protocols are taught rather than assumed.
Progression
Crew to senior crew to supervisor is a route people actually take here, and several of our supervisors and schedulers arrived as cleaners.
Why it shows in the work
A team that is paid properly, trained properly and expects to still be here next year does better work than one that is not. That is the whole argument.
What we will not claim

No awards we have not won
We do not display certifications we do not hold or accreditations we cannot show you. If you ask to see something, we will send it.
Not a campaign
We are not using women's employment as a marketing device. We employ women because they are good at the work and because a company should reflect the city it operates in.
Judge us on the finish
The written scope, the signed checklist and what your property looks like when we leave. That is the fair test and it is the one we would rather be judged on.
Tell us if we get it wrong
Anything missed is put right within 72 hours at no charge. That applies to conduct as much as to cleaning.

Yes. Say so when you book and it is arranged. There is no surcharge and no explanation required.
Yes. Everyone attending your property is employed and visa-sponsored by City Walk. We do not subcontract.
Regularly. Tell us the requirement and we schedule accordingly, including the supervisor who signs off the work.

A Message From Our Founder
Why City Walk exists
When I moved to Dubai, I kept seeing the same problem in home after home: cleaning done in a rush, ducts wiped instead of opened, and no one who truly took ownership of the job.
I started City Walk Cleaning Services to change that. A genuinely clean home isn't just about how it looks, it's about the air your family breathes and the water that reaches your tap.
Dubai's climate is unforgiving on properties: dust, humidity and heavy AC use mean ducts, tanks and surfaces need real attention, not a quick wipe-down.
That's why every service we offer, deep cleaning, AC & duct care, painting, marble, MEP, plumbing, fit-out, pest control and maids, is carried out by trained specialists, not general labour.
We inspect before we quote, we show you what we find with photos, and we agree a written scope before a single tool touches your property.
Whether it's a studio in JVC or a corporate office on Sheikh Zayed Road, the same standard applies, because your trust is what built this company.
