How we carry this out
Materials
Moisture-resistant MDF and marine ply in wet areas. Standard MDF in a UAE kitchen base fails, so we do not use it there.
What we control
Board moisture content, edge sealing on every cut, and hardware alignment after settlement.
Hardware
Blum or Hettich soft-close hinges and runners as standard, named on the quotation.
Method
Measure the opening, build to that measurement, then scribe on site. Nothing is fitted assuming a wall is straight.

Inspection
We attend, measure and look at the actual condition rather than quoting from a photograph.
Fixed written quotation
You receive a written scope with every item named. It does not move unless you change the scope.
Scheduling and approvals
We book the slot, and where a building needs permits or a service lift, we arrange it.
Site protection
Floors, furniture, lifts and corridors are protected before any work begins.
The work itself
A named supervisor runs the job, and the crew follows a written task list.
Testing and checking
Anything measurable is measured. Anything concealed is photographed before it is closed.
Handover
We walk the property with you, close any snag on the spot, and send the photo report the same day.
Common Questions
A week to ten days from approved measurements, with two days on site for installation. Rushing the joinery is how doors end up misaligned.
Usually yes, and we will say so. Swollen cabinet bases and dropped doors are repairs, not replacements, and quoting a whole kitchen for that would be dishonest.
Treated hardwood or thermally modified timber. Untreated softwood will not survive UAE sun and humidity, and we will not quote it for outdoor work.
