Our founding tradeEverything we clean
Cleaning is where City Walk started and it is still the largest part of what we do. Every visit is quoted after an inspection, carried out by crews on our own payroll, and signed off with a photo record.
Nine ways we are asked to clean a property
Deep Cleaning
The whole property rather than the surfaces you can see: inside cupboards, behind appliances, tracks, grilles, skirting and glass.
Sofa, Carpet & Curtain Cleaning
Hot-water extraction for upholstery and rugs, and steam cleaning for drapes in place, so nothing has to be taken down and sent away.
Facade & Window Cleaning
Purified water and the right access, so glass dries clear. Rope access teams for elevations that poles cannot reach.
Maid Services
Full-time and part-time staff, employed and trained by us, for households that want the same person each week.
Water Tank Cleaning
Drain, scrub, disinfect and certify. The sludge at the bottom of a tank is the part that matters and the part most often skipped.
Pool Cleaning
Skimming, brushing, filter media cleaning and chemical balancing, on a schedule or as a one-off recovery.
Pest Control
Targeted treatment with a follow-up visit, rather than a single spray and an invoice.
Nano Coating & Fabric Protection
Applied after cleaning, not instead of it, so glass, stone and upholstery stay clean for longer.
Marble, Tile & Floor Care
Polishing, crystallisation, grinding and grout work — the difference between a floor that is clean and a floor that is restored.
The parts people find later
A deep clean is judged by the places nobody looks at during a viewing. These are the ones we open, and the ones we photograph on the way out.
- Inside kitchen cupboards, drawers and the cabinet toe-kick
- Behind and underneath the fridge, oven and washing machine
- Window tracks, hinges, handles and balcony drainage channels
- AC grilles, return-air filters and the visible run behind them
- Grout lines, silicone seals and shower screen scale
- Skirting, door frames, switch plates and light fittings
We look at the property first
Nothing is quoted from a phone call. Someone attends, writes down what the property needs, and you decide from there.
Recent work across the city
Real photos from real jobs: AC ducts, water tanks, sofas, floors, walls, and freshly painted rooms across Dubai homes and offices.

Our working standards, published
47 practice notes covering the order of work, dwell times, dilution, the surfaces that will not forgive the wrong product, and the parts of a UAE property that behave differently from everywhere else. Written for our own supervisors, published so you can check the method rather than take it on trust.
What owners ask before booking
A weekly clean maintains what is visible. A deep clean opens things: inside cupboards, behind and beneath appliances, window tracks, AC grilles, grout, seals and skirting. It is measured in hours and a crew, not in a single visit by one person.
Someone should be present at the start so the supervisor can walk the property with you, and at handover so you can check the work. The hours in between are up to you.
We bring everything: machines, chemicals, cloths, ladders and protective equipment. All we need is access to water and power.
We use fragrance-free, low-VOC products as the default and rely on mechanical removal wherever it will do the job. Tell us about an allergy, an infant or an asthma diagnosis in the household and we will adjust the product list and ventilate as we go.
Every community sits on a route day, so an inspection is usually available within one working day. A few slots are held back daily for genuine emergencies.
Curtains, blinds and sheers
Cleaned on the rail so nothing has to come down, with six published care notes covering frequency, blackout linings, sun damage and what to do between visits.
Offices, buildings and clinics
Work that runs out of hours, against a written schedule, with the documentation a facilities team or an inspector actually asks for.
