Same-day or next-morning recovery after an event: waste cleared, spills treated on soft furnishings before they set, and the property returned to order.
The difference between a recoverable spill and a permanent stain is measured in hours. Wine on a rug, oil on stone and candle wax on linen all behave differently the next morning from the way they behave at midnight.
So we attend fast, treat the time-critical marks first, then clear and reset the property.
