What we control
Water temperature at the tool, extraction passes per section, and residual moisture before we sign off.
Products
pH-matched to the fibre. Wool and silk get a neutral or acid-side product only, never a strong alkaline.
Method
Vacuum, test, pre-treat, dwell, extract, groom, dry. Marks reappear when the pre-treatment is left in the fibre, so we rinse it out.
