How cleaning is actually done

The working standards our supervisors train against, written out in plain language: the order, the dwell times, the dilutions, the surfaces that will not forgive the wrong product, and the parts of a UAE property that behave differently from everywhere else.

About this library

Removing soil in the right order with the right product for the surface, giving each step the time it needs, and being able to show what was done afterwards.

Yes. They are the working standards our supervisors train against, published so a client can check the method rather than take it on trust.

Three things: hard water on glass and sanitary ware, fine sand abrading floors, and sealed air-conditioned rooms recirculating whatever a vacuum fails to capture.

That is what they are for. Every one of them is written so a household can follow it without professional equipment, and each says plainly where equipment is the limiting factor.

Whenever a method changes on site. If a supervisor finds a better sequence, the note is updated rather than left to drift out of date.
