Systems run almost continuously for eight months of the year in a high-dust environment. That combination loads a duct run faster than the same equipment would load in a temperate climate.

What accumulates

Fine desert dust, textile fibres, skin cells and pet dander. On a damp coil or in a humid month, that layer becomes a substrate rather than just a deposit.

Morning congestion that eases after a few hours out of the house, and symptoms that worsen when the system is switched on after a period of disuse.

What cleaning can and cannot do

Mechanical duct cleaning with HEPA collection removes what is there. It does not treat asthma, and we would not suggest otherwise. It removes one environmental trigger among several.
