Cleaning Access Rules in Saadiyat Island

Access is the part of a cleaning job that goes wrong before anybody picks up a cloth. A crew turned away at a gate, a service lift that was never booked, or a working-hour rule nobody mentioned costs a morning and sometimes a whole visit.

In Saadiyat Island, island community gates with contractor registration and quiet-hours rules terrace and external glass work is a standing item rather than an occasional one

What we arrange before a crew is dispatched

• Gate or building registration in the property owner's name, in advance
• Service lift booking where the building requires one
• Confirmation of permitted working hours and any quiet-hours rule
• Parking and the equipment route from the vehicle to the door
• Water and power points inside the property
• Any building method statement or insurance documentation required

What the property owner needs to provide

• The unit or villa number and the community entrance you use
• A contact who can authorise entry on the day
• Any building rule you already know about, including waste disposal
• Access to water and power, which is all we need beyond that
