Dubai · Al WaslDisinfection and Sanitisation in Al Wasl
Targeted disinfection in Al Wasl of hand-contact points, sanitary areas and food-preparation surfaces, applied to clean surfaces and left for the full contact time.
Disinfecting a dirty surface achieves very little. Cleaning removes the soil and most of what lives in it; disinfection then deals with what remains on an already clean surface.
In Al Wasl, central location with heavy road dust and limited setback from traffic. We target the work rather than fogging every room, because blanket spraying adds chemical load without adding benefit.
Disinfection and sanitisation in Al Wasl, item by item
- Door handles, switch plates, rails and other hand-contact points
- Sanitary ware, taps, flush plates and bathroom surfaces
- Kitchen worktops and food-preparation areas
- Shared touchpoints in offices, clinics and communal areas
- Post-illness treatment of a specific room where requested
- A written record of the areas treated and the product used
Method, not improvisation
- Cleaning first, always, then disinfection on the cleaned surface
- Each product left wet for its stated contact time, not sprayed and wiped
- Products chosen for the surface and for the household, fragrance-free by default
- Ventilation during and after, and safe re-entry times stated
Every crew that enters your property is on our payroll, trained by us and named on the job sheet. The supervisor who inspects is the supervisor who hands the work back to you.
What Al Wasl does to a property
Which community a property sits in changes the job more than most people expect.
The building stock
Villas, low-rise residences and a few boutique buildings.
The local condition
Central location with heavy road dust and limited setback from traffic.
Access and scheduling
Street access, with parking the practical constraint. Parking and equipment routes are agreed at the inspection so the crew is not carrying hoses across a road.
Disinfection and sanitisation in Al Wasl: what owners ask
Not on its own. Fogging a dirty surface coats the dirt. It has a place after cleaning in specific situations, not as a substitute for it.
We select for the household and default to fragrance-free, low-VOC products, and we state re-entry times at handover.
Yes, on request, including for a clinic or an office that needs them for its own records.
Yes. Al Wasl sits on one of our route days, which is why an inspection is usually available within a working day. Parking and equipment routes are agreed at the inspection so the crew is not carrying hoses across a road
After an inspection, in writing, with every item named. Nothing is quoted from a phone call and the visit costs nothing.
