Apartments
Four to seven hours with a team of two or three, depending on the number of bathrooms and the condition of the kitchen extractor. A one-bedroom in good condition sits at the lower end; a three-bedroom that has never been deep cleaned sits at the upper end or beyond.
Villas
A full day with a team of four to six. Sending too few people is the single most common reason a villa clean overruns or gets quietly cut short, which is why crew size should be confirmed before you book, not on the morning.
Offices
Three to six hours for a typical floor, scheduled out of hours. Carpet and upholstery extraction adds time and needs drying, so it is usually sequenced first.
Why bathrooms drive the timing
Wet areas are the slowest rooms in any property. Descaling glass, grout and sanitaryware properly is largely manual. Two properties of identical floor area can differ by hours purely on bathroom count.
The question worth asking
Not 'how many hours' but 'how many people, for how long'. Six hours from one cleaner and six hours from three are entirely different jobs at a similar-looking price.
