Clear the surfaces you want cleaned
Cleaners will not move personal items, documents or valuables, and they should not. Anything left on a worktop or shelf becomes something to clean around rather than under. Fifteen minutes of clearing changes the result more than anything else on this list.
Decide about cupboard interiors in advance
Inside wardrobes and kitchen cupboards is either in scope or it is not, and it materially changes the time. If you want it, empty them beforehand. If you do not, say so and the quote drops.
Tell us about natural stone and delicate surfaces
Marble, natural stone, unsealed timber and specialist finishes need a neutral product. An acidic descaler on marble etches it permanently. We check for this, but if you know a surface is delicate, mention it at the inspection.
Sort out access before the day
Building permits, service-lift booking and security registration take time in most Dubai towers. We arrange these, but we need the building name and unit number early rather than on the morning.
Plan for drying time
Carpet and upholstery extraction needs four to eight hours with air movers. If a room has to be usable that evening, tell us and we will sequence it first.
