Built to FitCarpentry & Woodwork in Arjan
Made to the measurements of your space, not to a standard size. Arjan sits on our standard Dubai route, so we can usually offer an inspection here within a day of your message. We provide custom joinery, wardrobe fitting, cabinet repair, door work and outdoor timber for apartments across Arjan, Dubai, quoted after an inspection.
Do you provide carpentry & woodwork in Arjan?
Yes. City Walk Cleaning Services provides carpentry & woodwork in Arjan, Dubai. The scope is quoted in writing after an inspection, and the exact figure is confirmed by an inspection before any work begins. We cover apartments here and finish with a before and after photo report.

Response
Usually within one working day
Coverage
Arjan, Dubai

- Trained, insured, directly employed teams

Carpentry & Woodwork for Arjan properties
Because Arjan is mostly apartments, we plan the visit around that rather than sending a one-size crew.
You get an inspection first, then a written scope. If the scope does not change, neither does what you agreed.
We close with you on site, clear anything outstanding, and send a photographic record before the day is out. The nearest landmark we work around here is Dubai Miracle Garden, and our teams register with building or community security in advance where that is required.
What our carpentry & woodwork in Arjan covers
What is included
- Measured survey of the actual opening, not the drawing
- Materials and finish approved by sample before cutting
- Moisture-resistant board in every wet or humid location
- Scribed to the wall so there are no packing gaps
- Soft-close hardware fitted and adjusted
- Off-cuts and dust removed on completion
Signs you need this
- Wardrobe doors that catch or no longer align
- Cabinet bases swollen from a slow leak
- Dead space that could be storage
- A door that drops or will not latch
- Outdoor timber greying and splitting in the sun
What we plan for in Arjan
Working in Arjan regularly has shown us which problems repeat here. We plan for them rather than discovering them on site.
- Sand loading filters and coils faster than the service interval assumes
- Contractor registration, permits and insurance paperwork with building management
- Fine construction and desert sand infiltrating around window seals
- Service-lift slots that have to be booked in advance
- Humidity swelling cabinet bases and dropping wardrobe doors
Property type in Arjan: predominantly apartments. Nearest landmark: Dubai Miracle Garden. Emirate: Dubai. Coverage tier: B.
The advantage of working an area repeatedly is that the equipment on the van already matches the properties, rather than being decided from a phone description.
Carpentry & Woodwork options in Arjan
Every scope is confirmed at no cost before work begins. Book a second service at the same property and one crew covers both in the same visit.

Kitchen Cabinet Repair
Hinges, runners, doors and water-damaged panels put right.
Door Repair & Installation

Outdoor Woodwork & Pergola
Decking and pergolas in timber treated for UAE sun and humidity.
How carpentry & woodwork is carried out in Arjan
Materials
Moisture-resistant MDF and marine ply in wet areas. Standard MDF in a UAE kitchen base fails, so we do not use it there.
What we control
Board moisture content, edge sealing on every cut, and hardware alignment after settlement.
Hardware
Blum or Hettich soft-close hinges and runners as standard, named on the quotation.
Method
Measure the opening, build to that measurement, then scribe on site. Nothing is fitted assuming a wall is straight.
Seven stages, every job
Inspection
We attend and look at the actual condition rather than quoting from a photograph.
A written scope
Every item named in writing. It does not move unless you change the scope.
Scheduling and approvals
Building management clearance, contractor registration and lift booking are handled by us, not left with you.
Site protection
Floors, furniture, lifts and corridors are protected before any work begins.
The work itself
A named supervisor runs the job, and the crew follows a written task list.
Testing and checking
We measure what can be measured and photograph what will be hidden, before it is hidden.
Handover
We walk the property with you, close any snag on the spot, and send the photo report the same day.
Four things we do on every job
An inspection first
We attend, look at the property properly, and put the scope in writing. The visit commits you to nothing.
One team, every trade
Cleaning, AC, plumbing, marble and paint sit under one supervisor, so no part of the job waits on another contractor.
Directly employed crews
The people who arrive are on our payroll, trained by us, and named on your job sheet.
Urgent slots held back
A few slots stay open each day so genuine emergencies are not queued behind routine work.
Carpentry & Woodwork in Arjan, your questions answered
A week to ten days from approved measurements, with two days on site for installation. Rushing the joinery is how doors end up misaligned.
Usually yes, and we will say so. Swollen cabinet bases and dropped doors are repairs, not replacements, and quoting a whole kitchen for that would be dishonest.
Treated hardwood or thermally modified timber. Untreated softwood will not survive UAE sun and humidity, and we will not quote it for outdoor work.
Yes. Arjan is part of our regular Dubai route, so bookings here are normally attended within one working day, and urgent jobs are prioritised for a same-day slot where the schedule allows.
Quoted in writing after an inspection. The final figure depends on the size and condition of the property and the scope you choose. You always get an inspection and a written scope before anything starts.
Sand loading filters and coils faster than the service interval assumes is the pattern we plan for here, and the properties are mostly apartments. Knowing that in advance means the right crew size and the right equipment arrive on the first visit.
