MEP Services for Arjan properties
Because Arjan is mostly apartments, we plan the visit around that rather than sending a one-size crew.
We do not quote from photographs. A supervisor attends, agrees the scope with you, and issues a written scope that does not move afterwards.
On completion you receive a before and after photo report the same day, so the work is documented rather than described. The nearest landmark we work around here is Dubai Miracle Garden, and our teams register with building or community security in advance where that is required.

Inspection
A supervisor visits, measures, and scopes what is actually there rather than what a photo suggests.
Fixed written quotation
The quotation names what is included and what is not, so it can be compared against anything else you have.
Scheduling and approvals
We book the slot, and where a building needs permits or a service lift, we arrange it.
Site protection
Protection goes down first: floors, furniture, and the corridor and lift we carry equipment through.
The work itself
The crew works to a written list, with a supervisor accountable for it rather than a rotating team lead.
Testing and checking
Anything measurable is measured. Anything concealed is photographed before it is closed.
Handover
Nothing is signed off remotely. We go round with you, correct anything raised, and send the record.
Four things we do on every job
An inspection first
We attend, look at the property properly, and put the scope in writing. The visit commits you to nothing.
One team, every trade
Cleaning, AC, plumbing, marble and paint sit under one supervisor, so no part of the job waits on another contractor.
Directly employed crews
The people who arrive are on our payroll, trained by us, and named on your job sheet.
Urgent slots held back
A few slots stay open each day so genuine emergencies are not queued behind routine work.
