Indoor Air Quality

Testing Before and After, Not Instead Of

Testing before work tells you whether you need it. Testing afterwards tells you whether it worked. Most contractors offer neither.

What matters, and why.

What is measured

Particulates, volatile organic compounds, carbon dioxide as a ventilation proxy, temperature and relative humidity — sampled in several rooms and at the AC return.

The outdoor baseline

Taken at the same time, or the indoor readings mean very little. A high particulate count on a shamal day is the weather, not your home.

What the report says

What is elevated, what is normal for a UAE property in that month, and what is worth acting on — ranked, with the cheapest effective action first.

Often the answer is filters

A meaningful share of the tests we run end with filter and ventilation advice rather than a duct clean. That is a cheaper outcome for you and we say it anyway.

If this is something you would rather hand over, our AC duct cleaning and air quality is scoped at an inspection and confirmed in writing before any work begins. We will also tell you when a job does not need us.

Questions

Answered plainly.

No. It is instrument testing with a written report. Where a formal accredited analysis is required, we tell you and refer you.

Two to three hours for a villa, including stabilisation time in each room.

After a renovation, after a leak, and before committing to any large air-system job.
