Indoor Air Quality

What Air Sanitisation Actually Does

Disinfection works on a clean substrate with a stated contact time. Applied to a dirty surface, it does very little except smell like it worked.

What matters, and why.

Clean first, always

Soil neutralises most disinfectants. Every surface is cleaned before it is treated, and any contractor who reverses that order is selling theatre.

Contact time

Every product has a period it must remain wet on the surface. Wiping it dry after ten seconds means nothing has been disinfected. This is the most common misuse there is.

Where fogging fits

As a finishing step for volume coverage after surface work, not instead of it.

Honest scope

We disinfect surfaces to a documented method. We do not make clinical claims and we are not an accredited healthcare decontamination provider.

If this is something you would rather hand over, our AC duct cleaning and air quality is scoped at an inspection and confirmed in writing before any work begins. We will also tell you when a job does not need us.

Questions

Answered plainly.

For most homes, thorough cleaning is enough. Targeted disinfection matters after illness, after flooding, and in food and childcare settings.

Non-toxic, low-residue as standard, with the product and contact time named in the record we leave with you.

We state the wait before starting rather than after.
